WBA Lady Knicks
Long considered as one of the premier youth basketball organizations in the New York Metropolitan area, the Lady Knicks are run under the direction of Founding Director Luke Vaccaro and Assistant Director Jerry Fioretti. “We could not be more excited to house our operations at the House of Sports and believe this move positions the Lady Knicks to enhance our already successful program”, said Vaccaro. “It's not just the superior facilities that attracted us – an excellent management team led by Shane Coppola was the key.”
The purpose and mission of the WBA Lady Knicks is twofold. First, considerable time and effort is spent on Skill Development. We teach our players proper fundamentals from the ground up and consistently reinforce our teaching throughout practice and games. Second, we Showcase our players for entry into college programs of all levels, including Division I, II, III, NAIA and Junior College.
The WBA Lady Knicks is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and a member of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) in the Metropolitan Region.

THIS 1 HOUR INTENSE INTERVAL CLASS IS A FULL BODY WORKOUT THAT FOCUSES ON CARDIO, ENDURANCE, AND STRENGTH TRAINING - WORKING YOUR BODY FROM THE INSIDE OUT, STRENGTHENING YOUR HEART AND LUNGS. WHETHER YOU POWER WALK, HIKE, JOG OR RUN, WORKOUTS WILL BE BASED ON YOUR PERSONAL RATE OF EXERTION. INTERVALS WILL CHALLENGE YOU AND GET YOUR HEART RATE UP THROUGH SPEED AND/OR INCLINE.
