**We will use a 6x6 Goal if a Team has a Goalie and a 4x4 with Rejector if a Team does not have a Goalie.
This is NOT player registration. It's just for a Coach/Manager to enter their Team into the League *To reserve your spot a $500 (or 2-player payment) deposit is due at the time of formations

Our league is developmental, with a focus on providing a safe, supportive, and competitive environment where players can build skills through game play.
There are no official scores or standings and no playoffs — the emphasis is on player growth, teamwork, and fun.

Depending on enrollment, weekly games may be:
Team vs. Team, or
Pick-up style matchups to maximize game play
Friends will be kept together whenever possible
By combining elements of Box Lacrosse, Hockey, and Basketball, this fast-paced, small-sided league helps players develop critical game sense, stick skills, and confidence — all in a fun and energetic setting only found at House of Sports.

5v5 Play: 4 field players + 1 goalie (if available)
Field Size: 20 x 20 yards (full field)
Goals:
With Goalie: Use standard 6x6 goal
Without Goalie: Use 4x4 goal with shooting target
For safety, field players will not defend a 4x4 box goal.
Continuous Play: No quarters or halves — clock runs continuously
Substitutions: On the fly, similar to hockey
No Timeouts
Out of Bounds: Play the ball off the walls (referee discretion if unplayable)
Draws: At the start of the game and after every 4th goal
Goalie Clears: After each goal scored
Modified Checking
Closely Guarded play enforced for safety
