Whether you’re experienced looking to gain a competitive advantage or a beginner, our professional Training Academy in our state-of-the-art facility provides the ideal opportunity for your development.

Instead of cramming all skill development into a one-size-fits-all class, our unique training breaks down Girls Lacrosse into its individual components allowing athletes to focus on specific training to meet their individual goals. In addition, our à la carte registration allows you to personalize your training experience.

Classes are:
Open to athletes from K - 12th grade
Offered throughout the week during after-school hours
Limited to 10 participants each to effectively manage player to coach interaction while allowing athletes to experience maximum drill repetition
Coaches are trained to focus on the details to drive meaningful growth

Session I

Start Date: Monday, September 11th End Date: Saturday, October 28th


Our unique à la cart enrollment allows athletes to customize their training based on their individual schedule and needs. Simply choose the class(S) and date(s) you want to enroll in eliminating the need to request a prorate.

Can't make a class? No problem, simply request your enrollment be moved to another date.

Our goal is to maximize the value of every class. We reserve the right to request players move into a more appropriate class.

Utilizing the USA Lacrosse model, this program is a fun & interactive way for new players to develop lacrosse skills through games such as Messy Backyard, Hungry Hippos & Tiger Tails.

All sticks are not the same & have a direct effect on player development. We'll provide a new high quality stick to use with a purchase option for only $50- comparable to online & big box store pricing.

Class Descriptions

100, 300, 500

Introduction to Lacrosse

Class Focus: For athletes new to Girl Lacrosse to get an introduction to all aspects of the sport including basic Stick Skills, Positions, Field Markings as well as learning the "language" of lacrosse.

101, 301, 501

Stick Skill Fundamentals

Class Focus: For athletes who have a basic understanding of the game but need to master the fundamentals of stick skills as they matriculate to more advanced skills. Using high repetition individual drills, we'll develop the muscle memory required to learn how to properly pass, catch, cradle, scoop and shoot.

102, 302, 502

Basic Stick Skills & Shooting

Class Focus: For players looking to learn and master the proper stick skills and shooting mechanics to increase their accuracy and shot velocity. Using mostly high repetition individual drills, this class will focus on developing the muscle memory needed for improved shooting and scoring through better stick skills.

103, 303, 503

Advanced Dodging & Shooting

Class Focus: For experienced players who posses average to superior stick skills. Not a "run to the red cone and do a face dodge" training, but rather how to win the 1v1 match-up at the point of attack through improved athletic movement in combination with advanced shooting techniques.

Draw Control

Class Focus: "Win the Draw, Rule the World!" Players will perform a series of high repetition drills designed to develop the muscle strength & memory needed to dominance the Draw Control.

105, 305, 505

Defense Training

Class Focus: Offense wins games. Defense wins Championships. This class is for all players looking to up their game by learning how to play better Defense using the ABCD's (Approach - Breakdown - Contact - Direct) methodology. Players will perform a series of impactful drills designed to drive better technique and IQ.

106, 306, 506

Introduction to Goalkeeping

Class Focus: Through a series of specialized simulation drills, players will learn proper stance & technique needed to be an effective goalie. Equipment is not required as goalies will not be shot on.

107, 307, 507

Advanced Goalkeeping

Class Focus: For experienced Goalie's. Players will perform more advanced and live action drills designed to increase overall performance through proper technique, explosiveness and tracking the ball. Each Goalie needs their own equipment.

308, 508

Advanced Offensive Concepts

Class Focus: For players who have game experience and possess average to advanced stick skills to conduct on ball and off ball game-like drills to increase their IQ and become a more versatile and dangerous offensive threat.

Advanced Stick Skills

Class Focus: For players who have competent basic sticks skills and looking to advance them through dynamic and more challanging individual & group drills. 

310, 510

Live Rep Session

Class Focus: 30 minutes of individual, position based Skill development followed by 30 minutes of live, game simulation drills. Class enrollment limited by positions.

311, 511

Wall Ball Wednesday

Class Focus: For players to develop the hand-eye coordination needed to improve multiple stick skills through high repetition Wall Ball Drills.  The goal of each sessions is to achieve 1,000 (one thousand) touches in 60 minutes.
