Girls Lacrosse Training

Our Advantage

Building Better Athletes!

Our unwavering dedication and support to the development of girl’s lacrosse players is the foundation for our creative, all-inclusive one of a kind Training Academy.

With the limited benefits of squeezing all lacrosse skills into a one-size-fits-all clinic, we developed a unique training process that breaks Girls Lacrosse down into its individual components allowing athletes to focus on the specific training they need to meet their development goals through sustained training.

Whether you’re an experienced player looking to gain a competitive advantage or a beginner just learning the game, our professional Academy in Westchester's best facility in combination with our unique à la carte registration allows you to personalize your training experience while providing the ideal environment to support your development.

Classes are open to athletes from K - 12th grade and limited to 10 participants or less to effectively manage player to coach interaction while allowing athletes to experience maximum drill repetition.
